Reactivate Tracing

You can reactivate tracing in the following circumstances:

  • A Delayed or On-Hand Bag File was originally created as non-tracing, and now you want it to be traced.

  • A file has passed the default tracing period with no suitable match, but you want to continue tracing.

Reactivate Tracing

Menu:

Passenger > Delayed Bag > Manage > display file

Bag > On-Hand Bag > Manage >

  1. Display the file and select Reactivate File from the triple-dot menu.

  2. Click Reactivate to confirm.

Tip:

You can add contents information for a bag when you reactivate tracing.
